The PRIMARY HEALTHCARE STRENGTHENING IN AZERBAIJAN project will focus on increasing health care financing and improving resource allocation and for primary health care, redefining and restructuring PHC community-based services, improving the quality of PHC services, and promoting personal responsibility for the individual and family for their own health care.
